Wow... just wow! An all around great experience with Dan! Really the best guy we could've found to get all the cracked and dead branches out of our tree. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and without a doubt, the best customer service we could have had! We will be using this service for another tree in the near future, and would recommend to anyone! This was the first time we hired Dan. We had a jungle of invasive saplings to get rid of,

trees that needed to be trimmed up, a dead tree to remove, and vines that needed removed.

Dan's work was impeccable. We can now see out of our front window again! To top it all off, Dan noticed our brick steps needed repair. He fixed them with concrete & did a great job! We no longer have to worry about someone falling on our broken stairs and being injured.

If you need excellent work, top-notch customer service, and a fair price Dan is your tree guy! He is also your brick guy!!

We live in a different town than Dan does but he was already here doing some tree work! When I reached out to him about even just doing an estimate he said he’d be more than happy to come look at the property. Came over gave my mother in law a fair quote and still came and trimmed the trees! We had already tried several other “local” tree services with no luck.

Dan even cleaned up the entire yard and street when he was done and left. Would definitely recommend him to anyone for service!

Maybe giving him another call in the future for a tree that needs cut down later on!

I had a tree to get taken down and I contacted multiple company’s including McNeels services. This was the best service I have ever had. Not only did the worker clean my yard after they cut my tree but they made sure everything they were doing and the charges they put were ok with me before they started their work so nothing was a surprise.

Second time in 5 years that I've used McNeel Tree Service. Dan provides a fearless, meticulous, efficient, professional, and very cost-effective solution to tough-to-access trees! He topped 75+ foot trees in sections and lowered each piece to the ground, not jeopardizing my neighbor's expensive fence. Thanks Dan, for the amazing "show" and exceptional service!

Professional and courteous, Dan goes above and beyond to do what needs done and to help in any way he can. He had taken out two large bushes for me at my house and when he left you would never have known any bushes existed. It was immaculate. When the storm hit and took down three very large pine trees in my parent's yard there was no question but to call Dan. He got over there that night to assess what needed done and within a few days was there working. The sprinkler water line was damaged when the roots pulled up and Dan went under the house and shut the water off to stop the leak and he went as far as to fix the line for them. Again the clean up site was immaculate. My mom recently passed away and she was always so proud of her yard and landscaping. A log under a concrete little boy with a fishing pole had disintegrated and my sister asked Dan if he would cut a log to put under the boy and he did and got the decoration righted again. I know my mom is smiling. Every step of the way Dan sent me video showing me and explaining to me what he had done. It's hard work and long days and he does it with a genuine appreciativeness. Dan's a rare gem in today's world and I would recommend him 1,000x over.
